IN 2007 MY VISA WAS REFUSED ON GROUND OF LACK OF PROGRESS WITH NO RIGHT OF APPEAL AND TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY ASAP. I CONSULTED A SOLICITOR WHO WROTE TO HO TO REQUEST FOR A REEXAMINATION OF MY CASE.WE DID RECEIVE A LETTER OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT.SINCE THEN MY SOLICITOR SENT OUT THREE REMINDERS AND ONE PHONE CALL WHICH THEY STATED THAT AN EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT OUT TO THE CASEWORKER. I applied to extend my student visa which was refused. I appealed against the refusal and removal from the UK. My appeal was allowed on 395c and article 8 of the human rights to the extent that the case remitted back to the HO to take a decision according to 395c and article 8.
